Biometric Residence Permit
If you have a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card that may have been lost, stolen, or damaged then we are able to assist you in preparing an application to the Home Office to replace your BRP to continue to prove your right to reside in the United Kingdom.

If you have lived as a legal resident in the UK for 3/5 years and have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain or acquired a settled status, you may be able to apply to become a British citizen.

The minimum requirements for becoming a British Citizen are as follows:
- Applicant must attain the age of 18 or over.
- Applicant must be of good character – the Home Office will examine your criminal record, previous immigration history and financial record over the last 10 years to assess your good character.
- Planning to continue to live in the UK following receival of British citizenship.
- Have passed a Life in the UK test. and s
- Have passed Level B1 English Language Qualification in speaking and listening
- Have spent less than 450 days outside the UK in the five years, and 90 in the last year before you apply.
