Can I get Legal Aid for my Immigration Issues?+
Our immigration department holds a Legal Aid Contract with the Legal Aid Agency and are able to offer Legal Aid to those who qualify. We can undertake a detailed examination of your financial position and case and advise you accordingly. We also offer a full range of help and assistance on a private basis.
Can I bring my family to the UK?+
There are many ways in which your family can join you in the UK and it’s dependent upon your status and financial position. Please contact our department for further advice on what is available to you and your family.
How long will my application take?+
This is very much dependent upon what type of application you have made and how complex it is. The Home Office have a variety of casework units for all different types of applications, all of which carry their own time scales.
Delays are stressful and our team will do everything they can to expedite your application. The nature of applications mean that patience is required as any application needs careful consideration and this is time consuming.
What are expenses/disbursements?+
Expenses are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as search fees, and which you will pay through us. We handle the payment of the expenses on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. These expenses are fixed by the third-party suppliers and we cannot influence them.
