Legal help given to asylum clients includes:

Rebecca grew up in Forest Gate in East London. This area, in the London borough of Newham, is one of only a few London boroughs where ethnic minorities make up the majority of the population. It was this experience alongside diverse communities at school and in the early years of her career, that has shaped Rebecca’s knowledge of a range of communities and a global interest in culture and religions.
Rebecca studied for a BA in Politics at the University of Durham, and then for an MA in International Relations at Lancaster University. During these years Rebecca volunteered with local asylum seeker projects. However, it was not until Rebecca worked for local government that she started to work alongside Immigration Lawyers and got an understanding for the work that they do.
The more Rebecca learnt about Immigration Law, the more it made sense to her to make a career change into this field.
Rebecca took the Chartered Legal Executive route into law which provides a uniquely valuable online school of learning. Although Rebecca enjoyed many of the different areas of law studied, it was always Immigration Law that was the key legal area aimed for.
