Whilst we will ensure that your transaction is completed at the earliest opportunity there are a number of factors which will affect the time taken, including funding arrangements, if the property is registered with the Land Registry or whether you also have a property to sell. However, the COVID-19 pandemic is adding further delays to our typical estimated timescale.
