About Oskar
Prior to joining our Dispute Resolution Department Oskar worked at a regional law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne undertaking all aspects of general civil litigation. He is a director and leads our excellent Dispute Resolution Department.
He is a highly motivated and tenacious litigator with a practical and business-minded approach always driven to secure positive outcomes for his clients either through effective negotiations or court proceedings. Oskar has a wide range of experience and undertakes a variety of contentious work, acting for both individuals, and companies alike with a particulars experience and interest in the following areas:
- Commercial property disputes
- Consumer disputes including construction disputes
- Property and trust litigation (TOLATA)
- Inheritance claims (IPFDA)
- Breach of contract disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Partnership disputes
- Landlord and Tenant litigation
Oskar also undertakes Court advocacy work and he regularly represents clients at the County Court conducting interim applications, directions hearing and pre-trial conferences.
Aside from undertaking a wide range of commercial matters, Oskar also regularly advises clients in connection with ancillary relief claims. Oskar is known for his pragmatic advice often achieving settlement in a conciliatory manner but is equally comfortable dealing with matters at court to protect your best interest and secure the best outcome.
Oskar has developed particulars interest in financial issues often dealing with cases involving considerable income and capital as well as business structures but also advises in the following areas:
