Wills
Undoubtedly a Will is one of the most important documents that you will sign during your lifetime yet in England and Wales the majority of population do not have a valid Will in place. The implication of not having a valid Will is that your estate will be distributed in accordance with the Intestacy Rules as opposed to your personal priorities and wishes.
It is important to note that your financial responsibilities do not cease after you die but by making a Will you ensure that the estate is dealt with accordingly to your wishes making sure that your wealth goes to the people you want it to go to.
At Brar & Co we will work closely with you to prepare a Will that aligns with your personal circumstances, wishes and financial priorities allowing you to be confident that your loved ones will be provided for in the future.
We also recommend that if you have a Will in place, you should ensure that you review it periodically, approximately every five years, to reflect changes in your life circumstances, such as marriage, divorce, birth of children or grandchildren.
